PUBLIC NOTICE CANCELLING MEETING

 
Public Service meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at 7 pm has been CANCELLED.

 This Public Notice is to inform the citizens of the Enon Community of a scheduled meeting of the Public Safety Committee on Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at 7:00 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street, Enon.

 

The committee will be discussing Neighborhood Watch, Metal Detector (Mayor's Court), safety equipment and training issues.

This Public Notice is to inform the citizens of the Enon Community of a                          scheduled meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, September 20, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street, Enon, Ohio.

 

Knob Prairie Church has submitted a request for a variance for a nonconforming lot for their property located at 114 Taylor Street adjacent to the church. The property is sixty (60) feet wide and the required front width should be eighty (80) feet per Codified Ordinance 1161.01.

 

Also, Village Codified Ordinance 1161.01 requires the lot to be at least 10,000 square feet. This property is only 8,640 square feet. The church is requesting to build an accessory building at this site.
